Alexandra has spent two decades inside the world of high performance leadership, guiding founders, operators and executives through the thresholds that success inevitably creates. Her work is grounded in lived experience — scaling teams, navigating complexity, and leading through seasons of rapid growth and reinvention.
Her gift is creating spaces where accomplished leaders can soften into clarity, sharpen their vision and meet the next chapter of their leadership with depth.
She developed the Future Proofed Leader methodology and The Five Liberations as a response to one core insight
when leaders expand internally, everything they touch expands with them.

Tessa is the design mind behind Novus. Her work blends luxury hospitality, experiential architecture and the deep intuition of someone who has shaped journeys across the world. As Managing Director of Epic Road, she has spent years crafting immersive travel experiences that invite people into awe, presence and expanded perspective.
In Novus, she brings this same mastery into a leadership context. Tessa designs the emotional, spatial and sensory experinces that leaders step into — environments that shift how people feel, think and connect the moment they enter.
Her craft is subtle but intentional
curating atmosphere, flow and aesthetic coherence in a way that allows leaders to drop instantly into depth.
