A Legal Disclaimer

These Terms govern all leadership retreats, programs, and related services provided by NOVUS LLC doing business as NOVUS. By signing a contract or submitting payment, the Client agrees to these Terms.

Scope of Services

NOVUS designs and delivers leadership retreats that may include program design, facilitation, coaching, experiential learning, accommodations, meals, activities, and local transportation. Specific inclusions are detailed in the Program Agreement executed with the Client.

Pricing

Program fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Fees cover only the items listed in the Program Agreement. Air travel is never included and is arranged independently by participants or the Client.
